Riverside Industrial Complex

RIVERSIDE INDUSTRIAL COMPLEX is a 68 acre gated industrial park with a security entrance. There is over 400,000 square feet of existing multi-tenanted industrial warehouse and office space in the park. The Heavy Industrial (M-2) zoning in the Township of Bristol, allows for a wide variety of permitted industrial uses including rail service. What's more, Riverside has 22 acres of surplus land on which approximately 350,000 square feet of bulk warehouse space can be constructed on a build-to-suit basis. Utilities that service the park include municipal water & sewer and natural gas & electric supplied by PECO.

Riverside Construction Materials

RIVERSIDE CONSTRUCTION MATERIALS is located at 7900 Radcliffe street in Bristol, Pennsylvania and is one of the largest cement import terminals in the North America.

Riverside has three blending and processing domes at the facility.  The total capacity is 130,000 tons, much more than any of the local domestic producers, and enough to produce approximately 500,000 cubic yards of concrete.

Riverside imports the highest quality cement which is low in total alkali’s, and is  ground and blended  to their exact specifications, giving the cement superior strengths and faster set times. Riverside cement is also approved for Department of Transportation projects in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Delaware, and Maryland.

Riverside has a state-of-the-art truck loading system, which allows it customers to pick up cement 24 hours a day and 7 days a week. Riverside sells its cement to several concrete suppliers and soil stabilization contractors throughout the tri-state region due to its great location, high quality, and 24 hour availability.

Riverside also has a state-of-the-art Thor Conveyor unloading system that can be use for numerous products such as stone, gypsum, fertilizer, coal, grain and salt. Companies that need import and export capabilities of their bulk products rely on Riverside to handle it stevedoring services. Within 100 feet of the deep water port, Riverside has over 30 acres that can be used for outdoor storage of bulk materials.
