Bank Run Gravel

Taken from the bank of a gravel or sand mining quarry, bank run gravel is a mixture of unprocessed sand and gravel that’s usually yellow, white, or red in color. Bank run gravel is most often used as a cost-effective filler. This filler material is actually typically a combination of sand, gravel, dirt, and sometimes silt and other particles. Bank run gravel is excellent at resisting the effects of erosion and most importantly, is easy to pack into areas for any application. Due to its ability to compact well, bank run gravel is an excellent filler that can securely hold whatever is on top of it such as pavers, stone, or other residential and commercial applications that would be laid over.
