Current Responsibilities

My current position is Quarry Manager at Silvi’s Belle Mead location. I oversee all quarry operations, including production planning, equipment coordination, and ensuring that every aspect of our work is completed safely and efficiently. I work closely with my team to meet production goals, maintain high safety standards, and ensure that our materials meet the needs of our plants and customers. Why I Chose Silvi Materials

While I was in school, I learned during a patron’s meeting that Silvi Materials was hiring. When I applied, I saw firsthand the potential for career advancement and long-term growth within the company. I chose Silvi because it offered a strong future and a clear path for development, along with opportunities to expand my skills in multiple areas of the business.

Favorite Silvi Memory

It’s hard to choose just one favorite memory from my time at Silvi. I’ve had the opportunity to work on many different projects through my various roles, and each one has been unique and rewarding. Some of my favorites include the Scudders Falls Bridge, the Joint Base McGuire-Dix-Lakehurst landing pad project, and the many jetty rock projects out of Belle Mead.
