Michael Alley is the Plant Manager at Silvi’s Limerick concrete plant, where he oversees daily production, plant performance, and the work that keeps one of Silvi’s ready-mix operations running safely and efficiently. A graduate of West Chester University, Michael began his career at Silvi through the Leadership Development Program and advanced quickly into plant management roles. He is known for his steady leadership, hands-on approach, and commitment to creating a positive, team-focused environment.

I started in the Leadership Development Program, then became an Assistant Plant Manager in Philadelphia, and now serve as Plant Manager at Limerick.
Current Responsibilities
I am currently the Plant Manager at Limerick. My responsibilities include overseeing daily production, managing plant personnel, handling preventative maintenance, and ensuring all operations run smoothly. I work closely with our drivers to make sure they understand the mixes they deliver and feel supported on the job. My position allows me to combine technical problem-solving with people management, and I take pride in maintaining a safe, efficient, and reliable plant.
