Silvi Materials is proud to welcome Tim Sweeney as our new Regional Sales Manager for Central and South Jersey—a role focused on strengthening customer partnerships and driving growth across one of our most dynamic markets.

In this position, Tim will lead sales efforts across the region by building a comprehensive profile of current and future concrete projects, prospecting new business, bidding projects, and providing technical expertise to meet customer needs. He will also collaborate closely with Silvi Materials’ internal teams across sales, dispatch, credit, and quality control to ensure customers receive the highest level of service and results.

Tim brings years of experience in the South Jersey concrete market, having first joined Silvi Materials in 2015 as a sales intern before serving as Sales Representative for South Jersey and Burlington County from 2016 to 2021. After gaining additional leadership experience as a Portfolio Manager at a financial firm in South Florida, he returned to Silvi Materials in 2025 to take on a broader role as Regional Sales Manager.
