Fairless Hills, PA – Silvi Materials has reached an agreement to acquire four Philadelphia-area ready-mix concrete plants from Heritage Concrete, further strengthening its presence across the Greater Philadelphia market.

Pursuant to the transaction, Silvi Materials will acquire four ready-mix concrete plant locations from Heritage Concrete, including facilities in Malvern, Plymouth Meeting, Hatboro, and New Britain, Pennsylvania, which will transition to operate under the Silvi Materials brand. Heritage Concrete will continue operating its other nine ready-mix concrete plants within its retained footprint, positioning its operations around facilities that support a long-term growth strategy and integrate closely with its existing aggregate supply network.
