Christopher is the Terminal Operations Manager at Silvi, where he oversees daily material handling, vessel offloading, and operational flow at the terminal. He originally connected with Silvi while pursuing a mining career before being offered an opportunity to move into terminal operations—a path that has allowed him to grow, lead, and make a meaningful impact on Silvi’s supply chain.

Max is the Assistant Mining Manager at Silvi Stone of Belle Mead, where he oversees quarry drivers, drilling, blasting, and stripping operations. He started with Silvi as an intern after discovering the company at his college career fair and quickly proved himself through hands-on work running the Fines Recovery and Lower Plants. Max brings strong technical skills—and a genuine love of fieldwork—to the Belle Mead team.

Israel joined Silvi through the Career Development Program and now works as the Quality Control Technician at our South Plainfield plant. He ensures materials and mixes meet high standards across major projects and DOT work, while gaining hands-on experience on some of the region’s biggest job sites.

Kyle is a Logistics Leadership Development Professional supporting Silvi’s growing rail operations for slag and cement. He first joined Silvi as a Logistics Intern, where he gained hands-on experience in dispatch and rail shipping. A lifelong rail enthusiast and volunteer locomotive engineer, Kyle now helps coordinate railcar loading, movement, and tracking across multiple terminals.

David is an Assistant Project & Operations Manager at Silvi, where he helps coordinate major construction and expansion projects across the company. A Penn State graduate with a background in petroleum and natural gas engineering, he first joined Silvi during the challenges of COVID-era hiring and was drawn to the company’s vertical integration and family-owned culture. David enjoys being part of Silvi’s growth and is proud to contribute to the milestones the team continues to achieve.

Michael is the Plant Manager at Silvi’s Limerick location, where he oversees daily production, plant operations, and driver support. He began his career in Silvi’s Leadership Development Program and advanced through roles in Philadelphia before taking on plant leadership at Limerick.

David is the Quarry Manager at Silvi’s Belle Mead location, where he oversees daily production and supports some of the region’s most important aggregate projects. Since starting as an intern, he has worked across multiple roles and contributed to major jobs including the Scudders Falls Bridge, the Joint Base McGuire-Dix-Lakehurst landing pad, and several jetty rock projects out of Belle Mead.

Stephen started at Silvi as an intern while studying Concrete Industry Management at NJIT and now serves as the Assistant Plant Manager at our Newark location. He helps lead daily production, supports drivers in the field, and enjoys mentoring new team members as they grow in the industry.

Kyle is the Mine Manager at Silvi Sand of Port Norris, where he oversees daily production, maintenance coordination, and the loading of trucks and barges. After starting in Silvi’s Leadership Development Program, he advanced into mine management and enjoys bringing his lifelong passion for rocks and fossils to the work he does every day.
